Fatoumata Binta Zahra Jobe

Admin and HR Officer

Ms. Fatoumata Binta Zahra Jobe is the Admin/HR Officer at the OIC-Gambia Secretariat. In conjunction, she works as a part time lecturer at the University of the Gambia. 
She is a Master of Business Administration holder with distinction. Previously, she underwent a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing program, graduating with honors. 
Prior to working with the OIC and UTG, she briefly served as an intern with the Human Resources Development Department of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva. She worked extensively as a Graduate Assistant at the University of the Gambia and part time tutor at the Management Development Institute. She also served as an intern with the Admin/HR department of the Gambia Transport Service Company.
