Project Information

  • Dual Carriage 50km from the airport and within the OIC concentrated areas
  • 20 new roads across the Greater Banjul Area

Roads project is one of the key priority projects of the Oicgambia. There is need to upgrade roads in order to improve traffic circulation leading to and around the Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara International Conference Centre. 

20 new urban roads will be constructed across the Greater Banjul Area and the Bertil Harding Highway will be expanded to a modern dual carriage road with two lanes on each side with a pedestrian walkway.
